WL2000- 32 Insulating Glass Automatic Sealing Line
1. System introduction
The system is controlled by a motion controller to achieve seal continuity for a variety of sizes of insulating glass. It has two separate sealant supply systems that produce double glazing and triple glazing, while simultaneously sealing the two spaces of the three glazing. The system is shown below:
The normal machine work direction is from right to left when facing the machine. The system consists of three parts: the input part, the sealing part, and the output part.
2. Features
1) The touch screen interface is simple and the user operation is more convenient.
2) The system has a thickness detecting device and a depth detecting device for a high resolution sensor. Combined with the automatic sealing function and the adjustment of the glue amount, the production efficiency can be greatly improved. The sealant supply system is from AIRTAC in Taiwan.
3) Equipped with a special mixer to evenly mix the black sealant and the white sealant.
4) The system has two sets of sealing systems (optional) that are easy to replace during production.
5) The system can be used for three-layer glass. First, it glues the first space, and when it is done, the rubber head will adjust the angle of the second space.
7). The rubber head pressure device can adjust the rubber head, and the cylinder pressure is moved by the precision of the electric proportional valve, so that the rubber head is more smoothly attached to the glass.
The structure of the centering rubber head can adjust the rubber head according to the thickness of the glass to ensure the bonding effect.
All edges and corners are sealed, free of air bubbles, completely coated and require no manual trimming.
8). The system has a "wired" system. “Connecting” means combining a hollow glass sheet press line with a sealing system to increase productivity.
9). Cleaning function: The rubber tube (black glue) must be cleaned when the worker uses it for a long time to avoid the curing of the hose. When the worker uses the cleaning function, the glue in the rubber tube will be discharged to prevent solidification and protect the rubber tube.
10). All components are of a high standard to ensure that the machine can be used stably for long periods of time.
