LQ2000 Vertical glass washing and drying machine with stainless steel
Features:
1.1 The input section adopts Japan’s Keyence LOW-E glass diagnosis system,it can easily know whether the LOW-E glass put in the right way or not,when it is wrong ,it will warn the workers via the alarm.This system can prevent the film of the coating glass especially the LOW-E glass from being destroyed and washing in the right way.
1.2 The transmission is carried by the motor and the transmission speed is stable .The speed of the input section is as same as the washing and drying section ,it also can be changed by the transducer.
1.3 The backboard close to the washing section has specially coating metal materials to avoid deformation and corrosion.
2 Washing and drying section
The interior and shell of washing and drying section are used 304 stain steels and anti-corrosion materials.
2.1 Washing part
The washing part has three pairs of brushes,four pairs of nozzles and four pairs of rubber rollers.And the brushes and rubber rollers are used SKF oil free lubrication waterproof bearing to avoid the second pollution.
Brushes
The brushes are controlled by 3 synchronous motors separately and the movement is stable. Brushes are used high temperature resistance nylon wire.The front brushes which is about 0.07mm in diameter is softer than the brushes behind it .The front soft brushes can guaranteed the coating glass especially Low-e glass can’t be destroyed.
Four pairs of nozzles can adjust the angle.
The rubber rollers are convenient for convey the glass.The fourth pair of rubber rollers can reduce the water on the glass. It can adjust according the thickness of the glass automatically.The materials of the rubber rollers are acid and alkali resistant.
These brushes can automatic adjust distance by Airtac cylinder. (optional)
The waterway system consists of two independent waterway circulation systems, namely a primary waterway cleaning system and a secondary waterway cleaning system.The glass is first cleaned by the first-stage cleaning waterway, and then rinsed by the rinsing waterway. The water is pumped out from the water tank by the water pump, sprayed on the glass surface through the spray pipe, cleaned by the brush, and then returned to the water tank for recycling.The water tank of the washing machine is equipped with a water heating system. It is recommended to use at room temperature less than 7 ℃.And it can reserve 0.5m³ water.
2.2 The drying section:
The air enters into the air knife from the top.The distance between the air knife and the glass can be adjusted according the thickness of the glass in order to guarantee the drying effect.
It adopts low noise and high pressure blower,the wind power is strong,it can improve the efficiency of drying . The wind that entered into the air knife have been filtrated.So it can avoid the secondary pollution.Air heating system for improved drying efficiency.
The outlet of the machine is equipment a flow regulating valve .When the light inspection stop working, the wind outlet will close automatically to avoid the contamination what because of the long time blowing.This function also can save energy.
In this section also adopts sound insulating cotton to reduce the noise.When the machine working the noise lower than 75 decibels.
